What I did
Built the iOS app, backend, and cloud infrastructure end-to-end.
Chose the stack, hired and led the tech team, and owned delivery.
Implemented Garmin + HealthKit sync and product UX.
Results
15k+ users with growing clubs and races across Italy.
Recognized as a reference point for Italian runners.
